B. Sensitive data (Genetic)
As part of the performance of the DNA test, our partner laboratory processes personal health data (genetic data and biological samples).
Important: InfotestADN acts as an intermediary. We never handle, analyse, or store your biological samples directly. They are sent by you directly to the laboratory.

Endeavor DNA Laboratories (USA): Partner laboratory that carries out the analysis. Only the data necessary for the analysis and for sending the results are transmitted to them or accessible via your client code.

Stripe / Payment service providers: Secure payment processing.
Data Transfer
For the performance of the tests, your data (and samples) are transferred to the United States to Endeavor DNA Laboratories.
This transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR:

The laboratory is accredited ISO 17025 and AABB.

The transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that of the EU.

By placing an order, you expressly consent to this transfer, which is necessary for the performance of the test.
Retention Period

Client account and order data: Retained for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations.

Biological samples: Destroyed by the laboratory immediately after analysis (unless a specific legal request applies).

Genetic data (Results): Retained securely by the laboratory for between 6 months and 1 year to allow for a copy request, then deleted.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
